• Reservation

  50% advance payment is required in order to secure the reservation on confirmed basis.
  Balance payment has to be settled prior to departure to hotel.
  Please donot forget to collect service order voucher before proceeding to hotel.

• Cancellation and Refund

  Cancellation can be made before 14 days of arrival.
  Thereafter 25% cancellation charges will be applicable.
  Cancellation request 7 days prior to arrival in resort is not entertained.
  Delay arrivals, no-show, failure to participate in programs by inclement weather or change in Park rules and regulations etc. are not the cases of refundable nor make us obliged to refund you in whatsoever form.
